Role 1

Community Moderator.
£30 / hour.

Monitor and respond to student questions in the UMM Academic Community forum for your course. You do not need a PhD. You need strong subject knowledge, clear written communication, and the ability to recognise when a question needs escalation to a PhD facilitator.

You moderate one course to begin with — the one you achieved a strong first-year result in. Expand to additional courses as capacity allows.

Academic support experience at Imperial’s first-year level is directly relevant to graduate teaching assistant applications and doctoral programme personal statements.
Role 2

Campus Associate.
Your campus. Your terms.

Represent UMM within Imperial’s student community. Organise information sessions, engage student societies and activate group sign-ups through your campus presence. Paid per cohort activation plus referral bonuses on every student enrolled through your network.

Activity-based, not hours-based
No fixed schedule. No minimum hours. You activate when and how you choose — through events, society channels or personal recommendation.
Group cohort bonuses
Sign-up events generating five or more enrolments earn a group activation bonus on top of your per-student referral income.
Compatible with society roles
Campus Associates may simultaneously hold society committee positions. Your existing campus influence is the asset we need.
